Heres the first draft of my new work, just a sketchbook illustration right now but im def going to paint it.
shes so cute, shes half girl, half cat and shes playing on her swing on a hot summers day. I will post the finished sketch in a week as im off to berlin on Sunday for fun'ness

Princess Dreams

Brrrr its sooo cold this morning, last night I put the finishing touches to my bird girl piece, Iv become totally obsessed with amazing dresses (well I always have been) but I discovered 'hollywood dreams' www.hollywooddreams.co.uk and these gowns are so beautiful and princess like, so I had to use this fab idea for my next illustration, hope you like :)

Wow woke up to the most fabulous winter wonderland this morning, it always puts me in a great mood, so so beautiful.. hehe you can see my cat Rufus checking out the snow in the window :)

you know when find something so incredibly inspiring it has an impact upon your work straight away? well i was bored on the weekend and and I thought I would sit and watch a film called let the right one in, I didn't even know what it was about to begin with, but by the end I was completely obsessed, it was absolutely beautiful and totally made me cry (is it possible to cry at a horror movie?) but anyways i have obsessing all week and used a ton of pages in my sketchbook with some biro illustration based on the film.
